True Legendary Super Saiyan

Okay, so the other day, I was having a conversation with some people about the "REAL" legendary super saiyan, and it got kind of heated, simply because the group ended up dividing into two groups over plausibility of either concept. There's no doubt that there's a difference in a "normal" super saiyan, and the "legendary" super saiyan. So I kind of want some outside opinions on this matter. So I guess I'll start with this:

Everyone who's ever seen DragonBall/Z/GT knows about the Brolly Movies. This character is by far the most psycho and violent(even more than Kid Buu ironically, but thats just my personal opinion). Brolly was labeled as the Legendary Super Saiyan due to the fact that 1) His power level at the time of birth was 10,000! and that 2) Well, he's a SAIYAN and to have a BABY with that high of a power level is considered well, legendary. Brolly's Super Saiyan forms also differ from "normal" Super Saiyans, due to 1) In restrained Super Saiyan form, his hair is widely different in color, almost blue-ish green or whatever. In his "ACTUAL" Super Saiyan form though, his hair is blonde/golden just like everyone else's. Now we get to the part where people hop on Brolly's dick, when he goes "Legendary". He becomes "Hulk-big", like a freakin tank, then goes completely sociopathic on everyone and everything. His hair goes from being blonde/golden to a yellow-green tint, and yet the physical dynamics of his hair don't change.

Now lets switch to the other side of the argument.

Anyone who's seen GT knows about Super Saiyan 4 right? Well this is the "other" version of "Legendary Super Saiyan". Now this is where some of you will go on and be like "NO WAY! YOU'RE AN IDIOT, THAT COMES AFTER SUPER SAIYAN 3!" I say, no the hell it DOESN'T!! Why? I'll tell you. First off, look at what Elder Kai said. He knew about this form, while NO ONE ELSE DID, meaning he's seen it before. Now some people argue that GT wasn't made by Toriyama, and that's just stupid. He may not have done all the ACTUAL art for it, but HE WAS the original creator, and overseer of it. So anyways back to SS4. So if Elder Kai has seen it before, then that means that somewhere in the past, some Saiyan attained this form. Some people believe that SS4 was the "true" legendary form. My theory about it is this: in order to attain Super Saiyan 4, you must meet certain stipulations. First you need a power level equal to the base form Super Saiyan.(We know for a fact that Broly easily met this stipulation, seeing as he was born with a power level of 10,00, so he got there probably by the age of well, idk, 5 or 6?) Anyways, back on topic; Once you have the power level, you need to be able to go Oozaru. Well, before Goku came along, it was taboo to cut one's tail off, and from what we saw in the Bardock special, EVERYONE still had their tails, so its safe to assume that the ORIGINAL Super Saiyan still had his tail. That being said, the original Super Saiyan could've easily attained Golden Oozaru, and, if he could somehow retain consciousness, achieve Super Saiyan 4(Original Super Saiyan if you ask me.) All he would need is a full moon…..All we really know about it is that "the original super saiyan could only control his power in a powered up form". To add to that, I believe that "regular" Super Saiyan is plausible, but only attained when 1) you reach that level of power and 2) You have no tail. The circumstances to become a SS4 was almost always available to Saiyans. If any one of them had ever reached that level of power pre-Goku, then they would've achieved "legendary" status as well, in my own opinion.

Honestly, I have to say that yes, I am one of the people that wishes SS4 could be the "true" legendary, but that's because I think it's more powerful than Brolly's so called legendary form. Now, I also believe that Brolly is the ACTUAL Legendary Super Saiyan, only because the legend said that "the original super saiyan's power was so great it destroyed him." Now SS4 seems like its quite manageable, but Brolly shows this characteristic very clearly. Brolly's body can only take so much power before he has to "discharge" some of it. We see this in his first appearance. He flies up into the air and seems like he's randomly blasting crap, when in reality, he's releasing the tension on his body from TOO MUCH power. There are some who say that Brolly's power will keep rising as he stays in that form. NOT TRUE. His power will continue to rise, and if he doesn't purge his body of excess power, he'll most likely explode.

Now for something deeper into the conversation. Someone argued that Brolly could never go past Legendary, that he'd never be able to go SS2 or SS3 or even SS4. I argued back that he could, and here's why. Anyone with a high enough power level and enough blutz waves can go SS4, provided they still have their tail. Now as far as going SS2 or SS3, I don't see the use in it. You get the same exact power in his "legendary" form. I think the only form that surpasses his power is SS4. So here's where my theory comes in. I think that Brolly's Legendary form is true, but I also believe that SS4 occurred via the original Super Saiyan, and that SS4 is his ultimate form. The original super saiyan probably had the means to transform into SS4, unlike Brolly. Notice that Brolly's tail is missing in his first and second movie appearances. Brolly's tail was cut off, probably in fear from his father. If Brolly had become an Ozaru, he would've become even MORE unstoppable. But also, in order to become a SS4, you must have complete control over yourself and power, something Brolly DID NOT have. This is due to his mental instability caused by none other than Goku when they were children(such an asshole Goku!!!!). But who's to say the original super saiyan didn't. Just because the legend says he was destroyed by his power, doesn't mean he couldn't control it. He probably hit a point when he couldn't discharge his power, who knows. All I know is that with all the loop holes Akira left out there, anything is possible.
